Minimum $300 or 25% deposit, whichever is greater, due at time of booking.
Balance of payment plus refundable $300 damage deposit due 45 days prior to arrival.
Until confirmed at time of booking, rates are subject to change without notice.
Check-in at 4 p.m., check-out at 11 a.m.
The unit is non-smoking.
No pets are permitted.
Sleeps 4 persons.
